No Ocean
Doesn’t matter how far
you could go away from me—
I’d still have you.
You’d still have me.
Even if we were to never see
each other again,
one thing I know for certain:
No ocean could keep us apart.

Marry the Ocean
Today, I think maybe
I should marry the ocean.
Waves can be our children;
Sparkly light on the water,
A reflection of our love.
The moon watches over us,
When the sun’s off to another party.
The fishes splash and dance;
My toes dig deep into the sand,
As I bathe in bliss.
Ships filled with people
Often may sail away.
But, to the shore,
The tide does bring
A kiss for me each day.
